However, actual colors may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, production process, or other factors.

For made-to-order or printed products, minor variations may occur as a normal result of the production process.

All products are subject to availability.

  • Change prices.

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies.

  • Refuse or cancel fraudulent or unauthorized orders.

SECTION 4 – Pricing & Orders

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Product prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.

Shipping charges, taxes, or other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We may cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • Pricing or product information errors.

  • Product unavailability.

  • Shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no goods are provided, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 5 – Made-to-Order Products

Many products offered by Theseute are produced or prepared after an order is placed.

Because these products may be made specifically for each order, returns and exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or personal preference may not be available.

However, this does not affect our policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or different from what was ordered.

SECTION 6 – Order Modifications & Cancellations

Customers may request an order modification or cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.

Because orders may enter production quickly, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

Once the permitted cancellation period has passed or production has begun, an order generally cannot be modified or canceled.

SECTION 7 – Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information for all purchases.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your billing information is accurate.

  • Your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • Your email address and phone number are current.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Providing inaccurate information may result in delays, failed deliveries, or cancellation of an order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers made available at checkout.

We do not generally store complete payment card details ourselves.

Your use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

If a payment cannot be authorized or verified, we may be unable to process the order.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided on our website and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Peak-season shipping volumes.
